About the studio

Founded in 2009, Liquorice has consistently evolved with the changing digital landscape. Today, we create smarter, more engaging brand identities and web applications by combining the expertise of our team of project managers, designers, developers and strategists.

Collaboration is key to the way we work, so we all sit together under one roof. Creatives, developers, account managers and occasionally clients work next to one another in our office on Brunswick Street in beautiful Fitzroy. Together we design brand identities, build brand campaigns, develop websites and create bespoke digital tools.

Years of observing the needs of our clients has led us to create a few products of our own, like our beautifully simple and fully customisable Aniseed Content Management System and our online style guide platform Brand Manual. In February 2016 we launched our biggest product to date — Dokio, a complete brand automation tool, with Bupa Australia and American Express as our foundation clients.
